1 costs: Both your 1 costs are strong picks for this deck, my only suggestion would be to as well add 3 Rapid Shots, as they add some much needed utility to item Battle-mage.
2 costs:I’d recommend cutting 1 Dunmer Nightblade, just so you can afford to place other cards else where. Otherwise, strong picks here.
3 costs: Here i’d recommend cutting both Berserker of the Pales due to the fact that very few creatures in this deck have a starting total value of 5 power +. I’d also cut the Elixir of Conflicts because personally I’d say you’re going to get more value out of other cards. The costs is where I’d also recommend adding the most cards as Battle-mage has amazing 3cost cards. I’d add 2 Battlerage Orcs because charge is super useful in item decks. Throw in another Cast Out because this deck has little other removal so it’ll be helpful for guards and large creature drops. If you have them, Mace of Encumbrance has such amazing utility in controlling the board, so I’d throw in 2 if you have them. And finally for 3drops, Rihad Battlemages are bread and butter item battlemage guards, I’d throw 3 into this in a heartbeat.
4 costs: I’d remove the 2Glass helm of Remedys just cause you can get better value in other cards and the 3 Mystic Dragons as you already have a lot of 4 drops and Mystic is the least necessary.
5 costs: Thief of Dreams is a good card, however with this deck, the chance you’ll get a card that’ll aid you more then a more reliable item card is low, so I’d take it out. In it’s place, I’d suggest adding 2 Battlefield Scroungers, as charge is a blessing in Battle-mage, and generating items is always helpful, i’ve found great success with this card myself. As well, I’d take out the Fortress Watchman as he just feels like a large drop that won’t generally aid you too much.
6 costs: I’d start by removing the 2 Skyborn Dragons, however if you find yourself lacking removal you can return these to the deck, but they are basically just a 6 cost removal as they don’t have enough health to survive most summon fights. If you do take them out, I’d recommend replacing them with 2 more Master Of Arms, as this card can really turn the tide of a match if you have some good items in the graveyard.
All in all I’d say it’s a solid deck. If you follow all the adds and removes I suggested It should still be a 50 cards deck, i’m pretty sure I did my math right lol. Any other questions let me know!
*Side note, if you’ve bought the madhouse collection Gardener of Swords is amazing in Item Battlemage, just so you know
