The idea is to have a mid range pilfer deck with more options than to just attack face. Thieve’s Den has the ability to work not only when a creature attacks face, but also when a creature deals ANY damage to your opponent’s health. This means creatures like Camlorn Hero (Summon: deal 2 damage to your opponent) and Lilandril Hexmage (Deal 2 damage to your opponent when you play an action) will gain +1/+1 from Thieve’s Den. Supreme Atromancer also has incredibly good synergy with Thieves Den. It will deal 2 damage to your opponent twice on summon, and each time you summon a creature afterwards. So the Supreme Atromancer itself will trigger Thieve’s Den twice on summon, plus the 2 Flame Atronach both have the ability to gain +1/+1 from Thieves Den each time they trigger Breakthrough.
I’ve added Firebolt, Crushing Blow, and Lightning Bolt in order to add early game control and proc Lilandril Hexmage. I’ve also included Dune Stalker, Dune Smuggler, and Shadow Shift to get your pilfer creatures around the enemy’s guards. Try to use these shift cards to get around guards first, then actions. The actions should be saved to delete your opponent’s high damage dealers when things get out of control.
