An aggro deck I used to climb some last season and decided to give it a whirl again this season for a short bit. I played it sporadically the past week and today I used it to climb all of rank 1 (8-0) in about 40 mins. Average turn you win by is about 5-6. Pretty straightforward list so no detailed guide unless people ask for it.

EDIT: Played ladder again today and went 14-3 climbing to #20.

EDIT 2/20: Winner of Snaxximan’s Deck Tournament #7

EDIT: 3/20: Featured on CVH’s Between the Lanes: Goblin Archer

replacements for tazkad and/or ungolim?

A couple of Earthbone Spinners could never hurt. Belligerent Giant is also a reasonable card to top out at as well.

Looks fun. I’m missing Shamans though. Do you think they’re worth crafting? I’m FTP and the thought of blowing all my shards on a creature that doesn’t do anything when it hits the board (and can be removed by Crushing and Lightning) seems like a waste to me. Thoughts? Tks.

OK, thanks. What’s a Tier-1 deck that’s also FTP-friendly that you’d rec’d? I appreciate the response.

Unfortunately, nothing tier 1 is really budget. I’d recommend grinding solo arena until at least rank 3 and then rank 1 on versus and you should have enough gems to make any 1 deck you want.

Well, the only cards I’m missing from this one is Shaman x 3 and Kinsman x 1, I have everything else. So if this one is competitive I’m probably a lot closer in shards to this than any other T-1 deck.

Are there any 4 cards you can think of to replace those four cards I’m missing? Tks.

Earthbone Spinner is probably good. Only hurts Nimble Ally, but still has an insane hit rate. Also Dune Smuggler and/or Mournhold Traitors seem appropriate based on preference.

Sounds good, I’ll give ES + DS a try (I don’t have MTs). Thanks for the replies.

This deck works 1/3. You can write a guide?

Glad you’re finding success! I will try to write a guide for this in the next couple of days!

At what stage does this deck start to succeed?

Playing it at Rank 8 and I can’t get out of serpent with it despite 10+ games. Clearly the kind of decks you face in legend rank are VERY different from rank 8 so I still have hope for the deck, but 8-0 or 14-3 streaks is not remotely possible at my stage of the game.

For clarity I’m seeing TONS of midnight sweeps and ward creatures that just decimate my army over and over again. It’s rare I can race an opponent to sub 10 before they gain absolute board control.

Enemy decks are not playing many 1 toughness minions so its hard to get value for a single curse. Blue decks all run 3x firebolt and 3x Cunning Ally.

It’s extremely common to find myself with 1 or 0 goblins to buff via Skirmisher who seems to be the true strength of the deck.

I only have experience with it from Rank 5 – Legend and it does well there. What type of decks are you facing in lower ranks?

Playing it from rank 9 to 5 last season…

This deck is insane. Not uncommon for me to finish games by turn 7. Great work Lateralus!
