EDIT: A few cards went evetually in and out of the deck and, despite it could definitely help a few late game improvements if they’re available to you, the current list proved to be solid enough to confortably move around the #300 Legend Rank position after a few game sessions.
A few words about some card choices
Dragontail Savior. Deadly Draugr was the card I was running instead during most of my climb, but I felt that it was too many times not-so-relevant due to the high number of tokens, wards, 1 damage pings and debuffs (Murkwater Witch) I was facing. I still think that Draugr might be better in several matchups, but Dragontail Savior generally provided a solid early game body and several 2×1 trades.
Archein Elite. Many lists do run Archeim Venomtongue as the main “lethal 4-drop”, but I honestly think that Elite is just stronger in this build. Whereas the mana gain is not so appealing in this midrange approach, the extra toughness stat point makes for much better mid-game trades and stronger Lucien Lachance synergy. In addition, the boost in attack is also helpful when trying to run your opponent down.
Pahmar-raht Renegade. Another card that went in and out in exchange with Soulrest Marshal. Marshal provided some crazy turns, but with the high amount of aggressive decks populating the ladder I wasn’t able to consistently get advantage from it. The Renegade, in contrast, provides a nice body, is able to survive most 4-5-6 drops, while it also baited a lot of hard removal. Flexible slot.
And well, that’s it. I hope you like it, and please forgive any grammar mistakes I could make
