Deck name is an acronym after three Uniques – Odahviing Miraak Mulaamnir

Great control deck with almost 90% winrate. Took me to Legends in no time.

Early game and antiaggro

Rift Thane is your guy. If you are against green and opponent plays traitor you better have 4/2, in other scenarios it is just a 2/4 guard to hold till you draw either Hive Defender or Dagon’s Seducer.

Strategy against Invade

You do not, I repeat DO NOT ever break a rune. Exceptions when you desperately need health and need to heal or there is assault and you are out of cards. You let them level gates, it doesn’t matter. It doesn’t matter if there are 2 gates on board. You keep your Executes/Inquisitor/Queens Captain/Manticora to destroy high lvl gates only. If they heal it is better as you are guaranteed not to break a rune till you control the game.

Notable combo

If you need burst damage to face put Berserker and play

Aspect of Hiricane +7 damage
Mulaamnir = GG as it gets breakthrough and can’t be interrupted even if you break opponents rune.

Combo can deal more damage if you have other Berserker or Divine Fervor(s).

Comeback

If you need to heal you can wait for Fervor and play Channeler. Tennar Lurker can win you games with healing, as it can target your discard pile and get big chunks of heal (Blood Dragon, Jauffre, Odahviing and 12(!) stated Aspect). But early healing is not what you want to do as you need your opponent to break your runes for card draw. Exception – Invade. Against them, heal like crazy.

And of course Rage for either heal or breakthrough to finish the game.

Overall very flexible deck and if you like combo/control decks and hate Invade this is it.

Good luck.

Glad it works, have fun ;)

Wow on LVL 2 ladder I am absolutely crushing or being crushed. About 50-50 so far. Still learning the tricks. Wish I could make it a little more consistent. Have any suggestions?

Depends on the game. You need a little practice to pilot it well. I’d say as a reactive deck your game starts around T6-7. Usually you may lose if your opponent goes aggro and you have bad hand on till T4. But it also depends how you mulligan.
Try to read what your opponent is playing. What decks are popular on that day/week.
Every little bit counts. And be patient. Never break a rune if you cant follow up with more pressure.

OK getting the hang of it now. Almost to Legend.
Mulamnir is a-maze-ing!!!
