Consider the possibilities, when combined with Chaurus Reaper or high-level Drain Vitality shout.

I tried some combinations with Murkwater Shaman and its Curse spells but this is not very effective, because often the Shaman is killed before triggering.
A better result can be achieved with Murkwater Witch and/or Drain Vitalty in a Dragon + Shouts Deck.
