3 cost 3/3 is a decent stat and last gasp of giving +3/3 to random friendly creature is very good ability. makes it hard to destroy this creature, 3 attack makes it hard to ignore.

2 possible uses of this card:
– having something that makes you sacrefice this (betray)
– play it in a full lane and then play an other card there and sacrefice this.
Otherwise your oppontnent will always find a solution to kill this in a situation where it cannot give the bonus to anyone.
