It took me some time to understand how good this card is. Of course the stats are low but the effect is damn good. Drawing a card is always a good thing and if it hits a 7 magicka creature, turn 6 can give you some good tempo swing. Even if it is just drawing a card, this guy is pretty flexible and can be played at any time. Also nice in decks. I rank it at 4.5 stars for constructed.
