Started with P.’s 500 gold deck, and mostly added in lethal synergies (plus cliff racer and Ulfric for shouts value). Tried to even out the curve a bit.
This works very well, I’ve won 15 out of the 20 first games with it in ladder, while 3 of the losses had been caused by my own misplays.
I agree about the hard choices. It also offers quite many options during gameplay and can adapt to some styles, not only control. Even had some rush-like wins in about 6 turns.
