This deck list is a mid-range Archer list that contains several ways to deal with the prisoner. The deck includes Shadow Shift to send creatures into the jail. The deck also includes Blood Dragon, who can attack creatures in any lane. Both Earthbone Spinner and Belligerent Giant can target the prisoner, as they are not actions. Finally, the one Burn and Pillage can be used in a pinch as it doesn’t actually target the prisoner directly.

The prisoner can be killed at any point in the match, so you can feel free to attack the opponent if you haven’t killed the prisoner yet. You’ll draw into an answer for the prisoner eventually, so just play your deck like a typical mid-range deck until you find one of the ways to deal with him.
