Basically, your goal is to fight for the board until you can drop a potentially game winning combo with Lich’s Ascension, Wispmother, and Genius Path mage.
How does this work? Well, for starters, Lich’s Ascension lies to you. It does not reduce all your cards to 0 cost. It only reduces the cards in your hand to 0. This means that any card you drop with both Lich’s Ascension and Wispmother will duplicate. This also means that when you drop Genius Pathmage on the board, with Ascension in play, you summon a card from your deck equal to your max magicka.
Is this deck good? No… No not really. Is it fun to mess around with people in casual? Absolutely!
