Supports variant of Control Mage, which wants to eliminate every threat with the usual plethora of removal Control Mage possess while at the same time outvalue the opponent with supports like College of Winterhold.
But that’s the secondary win condition. The main win condition is Journey to Sovngarde. By spamming lots of Elusive Schemers, Harpies, Hive Defenders and so on and then sending them to Sovngarde in the late game, you maximize the chances of either drawing gigantic 8/6 Schemers and then drawing some more, getting some bulky 7/6 Harpies from prophecies and massive mountain-like 8/11 Hive Defenders for free.
You thought it was impossible to outvalue a Dragon Scout in the late game? Now there’s a fair chance.
