Missing Soul Gems: Add your collection to see the soul gems you are missing.
Shearpoint Dragon applies a -2/-2 curse on Summon and buffs all other Curse effects by an additional -1/-1 while he stays in play. This buffs 0 cost Curses to -2/-2, 3 cost Malefic Wreaths to -3/-3, and level 3 Drain Vitality to -3/-3 to all enemy creatures for 1 mana.
Goal of the deck is to use the spamming of these Curse effects in conjunction with the finish off effect of Leaflurker to overwhelm the enemy by clearing his board and setting up future threats. Ultimately Red Bramman, Tazkad, and Cliffracers are the intended coup-de-grace.
Soul Tear can give you back a timely Leaflurker, Shearpoint Dragon, Cliffracer, or even a second Tazkad or Red Bramman to end the game.
