The idea behind the deck is to control the board just enough to keep your minions on it, and rush down face. Unless you have a sick starting hand though, might want to wait till turn 3 to start breaking runes to prevent a big prophecy that screws you (especially against purple).

Mulligan to low cost minions (3 or less). The more minions the better because you will draw actions. The only exception is a (going second) starting hand of a Crystal Tower Crafter and a Ward. This can get you a big minion early that can snowball super hard. If your third starter is a cheap action, like Execute, Firebolt, or Scouting Patrol, that’s even better. The earlier you can put out real threats the better. Most removal isn’t online until turn 4/5 so you can really build a board in that time if you execute properly.

Try to use Soul Split on High Rock Summoner and Patrol Scouts. They give you the best bank for the buck. But also dont be afraid to use it on a Slaughterfish rather than letting them kill it for free in the clear field. 2 3/2s is better than a 1/1 that’s going to die before it grows.
