This is a weird deck I’ve been doing well with. I wanted to take a combination that isn’t played too much and throw something weird together. Nimble Ally is most likely going to be a 4/4 with death touch and there’s a lack of actions in the deck to focus on spamming the board and making your opponent do the trading. I splashed some yellow for guards and removal and set a theme for Necromancer Mastermind to easily get value without going to far in one direction for the deck. With so many easy to trigger Last Grasp effects, Deshaan Avenger can be a menace when 3/3’s pop up on the board, and House Kinsman is fair stat wise and sets up a life difference for Soulrest Marshal and Golden Saint. 12 cards are 7+ so Thieves Guild Recruit can help you stabilize sooner. I like Piercing Javelin because it’s awesome when Prophecy lucks out for you and 5 mana isn’t too expensive for this deck to kill a threat. I didn’t use Crushing Blow or Execute to make room for more green cards but it’s been working fine. Goldbrand is huge for the deck and really underestimated, and often an opponent will place a creature on the board and forget I can ping for 4 or 6 damage lol. It’s simple to just play on curve and drop Necromancer Mastermind for a little value that goes a long way, and there’s a ton of guards so decks with early game have trouble if you manage to survive or take control mid game. I threw in a Quin’rawl Burglar but I’m not sure how good he is, only a one of for the hell of it because if it lives to swing it becomes monstrous and it’s likely your opponent will waste resources to kill it asap. It hasn’t won me any games yet but it hasn’t lost me any either, I like that it’s green though but maybe even a third Senche-Tiger could have more use instead of another drain user like Moonlight Werebat because Crushing Blow is heavily played. 3x Mantikora followed by Miraak, Dragonborn and Odahviing mean that my opponent is going to have a bad time if they can’t finish me off in time and they lose momentum completely. I think it’s good for what it’s supposed to do and the deck is fun, there can definitely be changes but for the most part I’m liking it!
