I didn’t like the current decks dominating the meta and action assassin has a lot of weaknesses versus those decks. I created this deck to keep the spirit of action assassin alive but with more options for handling guards and high health creatures (specifically drain creatures like night shadow and night talon lord). This is a very fast paced deck and can easily win the game in a few turns. It does have the ability to win later in the game thanks to cards like mummify, silence, and the crazy amount of burn Hexmage can toss out there. It’s a very cheap deck to craft, it wasn’t done on purpose but these are the cards I found that work best. I went from Rank 5 to Legend on this deck in a little less than a week (about 2-3 hours a night).
I had Dark RIft in but I found it was too slow in aggro mirrors and often got silenced before it had any real impact vs purple decks. I added in Young Mammoth because of its high stats and ability to bait out bolts and other removals, freeing up later Hexmage plays. If you do not have a King Emeric, you can replace him with any lower cost legendary or another Necro/Ice Spike. Feel free to swap cards and report results in the comments.

Last thing, even though this deck is on fire right now, is there anything you would change, with more expensive cards?

Congratulations, glad to see its helping you. I initially had some more expensive cards in like Supreme Atromancer, but the cheaper cards worked better because I needed lower cost high impact cards. You can try some stuff like dank rifts and daggerfall mage, but its all trial and error to be honest.

As long as you don’t over saturate with expensive cards it should work. I just found it better to run the cheaper cards to keep the aggro going and still had enough burn with hexmage and silence/mummify for late game.

Wht do you think on changin the legendary tht i dont have xd, for “Shornhelm champion” or”breton conjurer”? And you should play this all face or try control board? ty ^^

I personally love that legendary and think it has a lot of value when used right, BUT, it is not the most important card in the deck. You can experiment and replace it with little impact on the over all deck. Feel free to put in whatever you like, even a third ice spike or necro would work.

Action Assassin is back thanks to the last update. Any chance that you wanna test out my latest deck vs this one? I tried them both and im still a fan of AA over AS.
I would like to hear your opinion and results though.

I ran into that matchup quite a bit and in a head-to-head its pretty much based on the starting cards for each player. I think the differences come in how they deal with other match ups, mainly control decks and ward sorcs. AA has to use more burn spells to get rid of healthy guard walls and big drain creatures like night shadow and night talon. AS has the advantage in that area thanks to mummify and silence as well as being able to lose cards earlier and bring them back with necro. I’m glad to see AA is having a comeback with the new cards and changes though.
