In addition to the card’s availability in the Houses of Morrowind expansion, three copies are included in the Hlaalu Schemes theme deck.
Notes[edit]
- This card applies the Marked for Death card effect.
- The name of the card references the writs of execution employed by the Morag Tong, a group of assassins devoted to Mephala and based in Morrowind, which allowed for the legal assassination of targets. The assassin is garbed in the armor of his order as it appeared in the Dragonborn expansion for Skyrim, while his target wears the armor employed by the Imperial Legion during the Fourth Era.
