Archer deck
Mid-Range

This is the archer list I used to quickly climb to Legend Rank this season after the latest nerfs. I’m entirely new to archer and of course I won’t claim to have introduced any real innovation in my list, but it proved to perform extremely well and allowed me to hit a 70% winrate (starting from Rank 5) at the end of my climb.
The deck is your standard Midrange Archer, with just a few tweaks. I decided to cut Thieves Guild Recruit in order to pack both Withered Hand Cultist and Morkul Gatekeeper, both of which proved to be extremely valuable in several matches. One of archer’s well-known strengths is the fact that it has not really bad matchups, and it is often able to steal a few wins after falling behind by combining AoE, chargers and bouncers.
You’ll generally aim to get ahead during the early game with your array of valuable low-cost creatures, and take advantage as soon as possible from Soulrest Marshal and especially Triumphant Jarl. Marshal, Burn and Pillage and Blood Dragon are limited to a couple of copies each, since finding yourself with a clunky hand during your first turns means that, in addition to being unable to win the board, half of those cards won’t have a real utility even if you manage to play them. A few different pings and triple Leaflurker should suffice to mantain the advantage once your opponent starts to drop big buddies, or they can just be bounced off with Belligerent Giant to switch again the tempo in your favor.
Allena Benock could of course be included, but the fact is that I just don’t have it yet. BTW, here’s my .
