The Madhouse Collection is a promotional set of cards released on December 14, 2016 to coincide with the first Chaos Arena. It consists of ten cards and a single Event Ticket. You will receive three copies of these cards. The Collection can be purchased with money or with in-game Gold.

The Madhouse Collection is purchasable in the in-game store at a gold price of 1,500, and at varying price points for real-world currency: USD $9.99/€9.99/£7.99/AUD $14.99
The Mad Prince Pack—5 core set packs and alternate art for Hive Defender, Sharpshooter Scout, and Crushing Blow—was added to the store to coincide with the first Chaos Arena, and is available for USD $4.99/€4.99.
