Race Against Time: The Inner Curiosity[edit]

The Inner Curiosity is a location available in Race Against Time, unlocked by completing The Betrayal. After entering an enchanted area, you’ll have to engage in battle with the automatons within. When you select the battle, you’ll be instructed to “Gain enough magicka to break the enchantment and win the game.”

As you begin, you’ll be told to “Use the Waiting Generators to get Laaneth the magicka she needs to break the enchantment and open the chamber.”

When you complete the match for the first time, you’ll receive playsets of Dwarven Colossus and Aldora the Daring.

Dialogue[edit]

Pre-match:

Laaneth: “Yes, this is the place — I can see the contours of the enchantment. But it’s going to take tremendous power to break it. Perhaps the machinery here can help.”

Swims-at-Night: “Whatever you’re going to do, do it fast; the defenses are stirring.”

As you win:

Mysterious Figure: “At last! Once again you have led me to my quarry. My old master ensured I could never break those seals.”

Mecinar: “Thankfully you have done it for me!”

Laaneth: “It’s Mecinar — the apprentice from Sotha Sil’s memories!”

Mecinar: “Yes. And it’s about time you witnessed my true power!”
